Welcome to Nujoom Live. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nujoom Live mobile application ("App") operated by Nujoom Live ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Nujoom Live. Users between 13 and 17 years old must have parental or guardian consent.
To broadcast live streams, you must be at least 18 years old. To purchase coins or send paid gifts, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into financial transactions in your jurisdiction.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Coins are virtual currency that can be purchased through Google Play and used within the App to send virtual gifts to streamers. Coin purchases are facilitated by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms of service.
Diamonds are virtual currency earned by streamers when they receive gifts from viewers. Diamonds can be converted to real currency and withdrawn via PayPal, subject to the withdrawal terms outlined in Section 5.
Coins and diamonds have no real-world monetary value outside of the Nujoom Live platform. They are not redeemable for cash (except diamonds through the official withdrawal process), are non-transferable between users (except through the gifting mechanism), and cannot be exchanged, traded, or sold outside the App.
When using Nujoom Live, including during live broadcasts and in chat, you must not:
We reserve the right to monitor content and remove any material that violates these guidelines. Repeated or severe violations will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Streamers earn diamonds when viewers send them virtual gifts during live broadcasts. The diamond value of each gift is 50% of the gift's coin value (the remaining 50% is retained by the platform as a service fee).
Diamonds can be converted to cash at the following rate:
100 Diamonds = $0.50 USD
Nujoom Live retains a 50% commission on all gift transactions. This commission covers platform operations, streaming infrastructure, content moderation, and service maintenance. We reserve the right to adjust the commission rate with 30 days advance notice to streamers.
In addition to the content guidelines above, you agree not to:
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Nujoom Live and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
By broadcasting on Nujoom Live, you retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App and for marketing purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination or deletion, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any remaining coins may be forfeited. Outstanding diamond balances eligible for withdrawal will be honored for 30 days after account termination, provided the termination was not due to fraud or Terms violations.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
We are not responsible for user-generated content, including live streams and chat messages. Users are solely responsible for their own content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nujoom Live and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100.00 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nujoom Live and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Nujoom Live.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE, for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For significant changes affecting your rights or financial terms (commission rates, withdrawal terms), we will provide at least 30 days advance notice.
